0 guest post! peaceful bedrooms

Happy Wednesday! Today Susi fromDesign Shuffle is going to give us some tips on how to create a relaxing space to lay your head each night. Enjoy!

Hi, I'm Susi, a writer for Design Shuffle, a wonderful social media site that brings together designers and design lovers from around the world. One of the best parts of being a writer for Design Shuffle is getting to guest blog at design blogs that inspire me, like SingleBubblePop (cute name!).

My guest post today is all about decorating ideas for peaceful bedrooms. We all need a place in our homes where we can shut the door and shut out the world. Our bedrooms can be an oasis from the chaos of everyday life. Is yours? Here are some of my favorite ideas for peaceful bedrooms. Enjoy!

Dark Wall Design

Dark walls in a bedroom will recede at night letting the creams stand out. Deep hues on bedroom walls invite rest and sleepóso peaceful.

Minimalist Bedroom Design

A lack of busy patterns and clutter make this minimalist bedroom feel peaceful. Simple design elements stand out for their singular beauty.

Monochromatic Pattern Design

Soft colors in a monochromatic palette make for a peaceful room. A beautifully made bed with gorgeous linens and stacks of pillows invites you to relax.

Gray Bedroom Design

Dreamy gray makes for a cozy bedroom design that is peaceful and stylish. Close the drapes on the canopy bed and close out the rest of the world.

Layered Textured Bedroom Design

Another beautiful and peaceful monochromatic bedroom. This bedroom shows the importance of layering textures. Love the thick throw for cuddling.

Simple Bedroom Design

Simple shapes, clean lines and beautiful light make this bedroom feel peaceful. At night the mirror will create lovely reflections of light around the room. So beautiful!

Modern Bedroom Design

One of the best bedroom design ideas is to use a modern interior design. It can feel peaceful with its clean lines and simple forms. Soft colors mix with grays for a soothing and calm palette in this stylish bedroom.

Pastel Bedroom Design

For a peaceful bedroom, select colors that soothe like pale blues, soft purples and light greens. You can add a few pops of a pattern you'd love to see every morning. Make sure to surround yourself with things of beauty that inspire you. [ Images 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 / 6 / 7 / 8 ]
